These perfect summer shrimp tacos are super easy, refreshing, and filling!
We used medium soft tortillas, and at the last minute added white rice, which was the perfect filler.
We loaded the tortillas with rice, shrimp (lightly seasoned), mango salsa (find it pre-made at the grocery store with the other fresh salsas - it contains mango, cilantro, and even a little onion), and freshly sliced avocado. Yum!!
How easy is that?!
